Client & Project Background
The Claxton Refresh is proof that you don’t have to tear everything down to make something extraordinary.
A full exterior overhaul is already underway, with all new windows, siding, and roofing across the home and detached garage setting a completely new tone from the street. But the real transformation is happening out back.
The Process
The existing trusses off the rear of the home are being restructured to reduce posts, introduce cleaner beam spans, and create a dramatically extended roofline that sweeps toward the pool with purpose. More shade. More presence. More of exactly what a backyard like this deserves. New concrete slab work ties it all together, and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, paired with new electrical, lighting, and sound throughout the patio, turns the space into a proper outdoor destination.
Finished Product
The result is a backyard that works as hard as it looks. Built for long summers, late nights, and a lot of good company around the pool.
