Shoreline on Kidston isn’t a lakehouse. It’s a destination.
Sitting directly on the shores of Kalamalka Lake in Coldstream, BC, this 8,000+ square foot, three-level masterpiece has been completely reimagined inside and out. Three floors. Ten-foot ceilings on every level. And a vision that doesn’t waver for a single square foot of it.
The Process
The moment you arrive, the 54-inch arched front door tells you everything you need to know about what’s inside. Mediterranean warmth meets lake house ease throughout, with top-tier cabinetry, full home automation, and architectural lighting that sets the tone in every room. This is a home designed to feel as good at midnight as it does at noon.
The main level master suite has been completely reworked into a private retreat worthy of the views it wakes up to every morning. Below, a fully reimagined entertaining level and a dedicated wine room create a space built for hosting at the highest level. And beyond the glass, a private dock puts you directly on one of the most beautiful lakes in the Okanagan Valley.
