We work on residential new home construction, custom and luxury builds, complete home renovations, and light commercial construction across the Okanagan. We do not take on small repairs or cosmetic touch-ups, our projects typically start at a significant scope level. If you are not sure whether your project is the right fit, ask us.

We primarily serve Kelowna, Lake Country, and the surrounding Okanagan region. If your project is outside that area, reach out and we will let you know whether we can help.

It starts with a consultation, a two-way conversation where you tell us about your project and we tell you honestly whether we are the right fit. From there, we move into design and pre-construction planning, followed by the build itself. We keep you informed and in control at every stage.

We do not have in-house designers, but we have built strong partnerships with draftspeople and interior designers across the Okanagan. Depending on your project, we will connect you with the professionals who are the best fit for what you are building.

We review your budget regularly throughout the project, not just at the start. If something is going to affect your budget, we tell you early so you can make informed decisions. We believe surprises at the end of a project are a failure of communication, not an inevitability.

We always choose Canadian materials where we can. It’s a quality decision and the right thing to do for our community.

All new home builds are enrolled in the Pacific Home Warranty program, which provides the strongest new home warranty coverage available in British Columbia. For renovation projects, we stand behind our work and address any issues that arise after completion.
