Engineered from the ground up for performance, resilience, and uncompromising luxury, Benchview Net Zero operates entirely on self-derived power with 17″” exterior walls, a full metal exterior rated for wildfire protection, and European mechanical systems that meet or exceed every North American standard on the books. The automation is total. Every light, every climate zone, every system in this home runs through a single European-based platform that puts full control at your fingertips. Floors inside and out are heated and cooled by season, including the driveway. No snowblower. No cold tile. No compromises.
The Process
The wellness program rivals a world-class resort. A stainless steel pool and outdoor spa are fed by dual 400,000 BTU commercial-grade boilers, capable of bringing the pool to temperature in minutes. A fully conditioned greenhouse with double-pane walls, a dry sauna, a wet steam room with heated seating and heated shower floors, and dedicated changing rooms round out a wellness suite built for daily use, not occasional luxury.
Finished Product
Outside, engineered rock walls reclaim every square inch of the property. Inside, vaulted ceilings dressed in rich wood and paired with architectural lighting create a warmth that stops people in their tracks the moment they walk in.
And then there is the view. A full 200° panorama of the Okanagan Valley, the William Bennett Bridge, and West Kelowna stretching to Peachland. You don’t find a view like this. You build a home worthy of it.
